Sales Executive, Benchmark Services Licensing
Key Tasks and Accountabilities
Work closely with colleagues to identify and close new sales opportunities
Build, manage and report on pipeline
Negotiate contracts and manage the on-boarding of clients
Work closely with the product and business team to provide client/market feedback
Identify and progress new business opportunities
Experience, Education and Skills
Significant sales experience with a focus on financial markets and the ability to consistently exceed individual sales quota
Familiarity with market data/index licensing
Strong communication and negotiation skills, should be comfortable dealing with clients including C-level executives
Ability to quickly understand and negotiate legal terms
Proficiency in opportunity pipeline management
Knowledge of LIBOR and its uses, and money market and other financial instruments - including their relationship to LIBOR - is desirable
Competent CRM-Salesforce skills advantageous

A strong track record in financial information or software sales and a good knowledge of market data licensing practice are required.
The role’s primary focus is to drive sales and client growth globally from the base in London. International travel is not expected to be more than a few
