Key Tasks and Accountabilities
Exceed sales quota
Manage territory and work closely with colleagues to identify and close new opportunities
Manage and develop strong client relationships
Work closely with the product and business team to provide feedback on any client, prospect or partner requirements
Experience, Education and Skills
Previous experience working within a data/software vendor, exchange, or trading firm.
Significant over-achievement sales experience with a focus on financial markets (specifically real-time data)
Knowledge of trading, compliance, risk and post-trade portfolio valuation use cases
Intimate knowledge of the systems which deliver and consume raw and normalized real-time data
Adept at the challenger sales model
Competent CRM-Salesforce skills
Proficient in pipeline management and forecasting
Strong presentation skills
Solid negotiation skills
Track record of high close ratio

The client is expanding the global sales organization and looking for high calibre sales professionals to join a growing team.
The ideal candidate is a sales hunter who targets the buyers of real-time content across the latency spectrum. The Sales Executive will work in collaboration with existing Account Managers and Sales Executives to identify opportunities for upsell of feeds solutions within the existing account base.
A strong communicator with a solid technical background and good knowledge of the market data and trading environment from a content, technology and networking perspective
